Kokorec
is one of the main traditional-operative food of Turkish culture. Basicly it
consists of lamb and goat intestine and seasonal with spices especially oregano
and red pepper. Altough , it is kidney that has got doubt of hygiene. If
you just left Nevizade( in Taksim) in the morning, and passing through fish
bazaar,it is not possible to ignore eating half bread of Kokorec by Mercan.
